Aaron and Melissa fell in love with coffee culture in college even though Aaron didn't drink coffee at the time. He liked Melissa, Melissa liked coffee and cafe environments make the best date spots! After countless dates at coffee shops, Aaron started to catch Melissa's love for coffee while he worked at a small cafe in Brookfield, WI. 

Throughout the years, Aaron grew in his knowledge and experience in the industry, and serving amazing coffee drinks became a part of their family culture. Guests at their house are always offered a latte or pour over, and the kids are even learning how to brew some great drinks. 

AM Coffee is born out of this family's desire to serve their community, connect with people and share great experiences with people who have not encountered specialty coffee.
